Market Share
Did you know that 50% of the US grocery business is shared by 5 chains? Guess we hadn’t really thought about it either. We have thought about small grocery markets. The little places with an infinitesimal market share. The farmer’s markets that show up this time of year are fun to visit. Beautiful produce, carefully displayed - makes the photographer’s senses tingle. Sure, the food is tasty but so are the photographic opportunities. So we decided to go to the market and share.
